What is Steam Desktop Authenticator?

Steam Desktop Authenticator (SDA) is an open source program that is designed to use two-factor mobile authentication steam without a mobile application.

Receiving/transferring items in steam is confirmed using generated codes (two-factor authentication).

To automate the process of receiving/transferring items, the program needs data from the file *.maFile, which is generated in the SDA program.
